Finally something happened in my life again :)
I met Owen again today and ironically it was thunder storming and pouring worse than last time. For that reason we went to the Aquarium which everyone suggested for me to do and I must say, it was pretty good!
I really enjoyed watching all the little fishies and thinking about the jobs they have in the big tank. The sting rays seemed so majestic they had to be the royal family who are protected by the sharks and the neon colored yellow stripy fish where the fashion people doing hair and clothes and nails... fins?
We also saw one fat crocodile from which Owen would not have saved me (real gentleman there) and a crazy water snake that scared two old ladies. Although I am alright with small spiders now two big ones really made my body clench. I also had an interesting obsession with kissing all stuffed animals (or acting like it) in the aquarium shop.
Getting home was kind of a bummer since my train arrived at 7:05 and the two buses go at 7 and 7:40. Meant I was honored walking home a half hour in the dead cold. Now we are watching dance academy and I am trying not to have my fingers fall off that are actually turning blueish ?? And why are buses so stupid here? after 7:40 there are only two more.
Oh well, I am not working at the bar this week so I will see what's to tell about ;)
Kissies for the fishies,
Skipper
We have dived with a sting ray in Egypt. They are really great. The idea them being the royal family and the sharks some guard is nice. But some how I doubt they are loyal to the royal. At least they don't really look trustworthy, do they?
